The
Forest Products
Division contributes over half of CTEC's total revenues and is the
second largest employer on the Reservation. It is comprised of four
businesses:
Colville Indian Precision Pine
specializes in manufacturing Ponderosa Pine and Douglas Fir logs into
high quality lumber for industrial and commodity markets.
Colville Tribal Logging manages
the selection, logging and transportation of harvested timber stands
utilizing best forest management practices to enhance and protect the
Tribes' forest.
The Gaming Division employs
close to 300 people and generates over $12 million in payroll into the local
economy. The Gaming Division consists of three facilities that all
strive to provide customer satisfaction.
Mill Bay Casino offers
state-of-the-art gaming services and the Coyote Café restaurant.
Coulee Dam Casino provides Grand
Coulee Dam visitors a variety of games, food and entertainment.
Okanogan Bingo-Casino is equipped
to hold up to 500 bingo enthusiasts and has a variety of games.
The Retail Division offers the community
a wide variety in grocer services. The three stores offer quality
products and beneficial employment to the areas they serve.
Trading Post
provides its customers with competitively priced products in a
friendly atmosphere. The store works to continually train employees to
provide overall better customer service.
The
Recreation and Tourism Division
offers many recreational and deluxe vacation opportunities. The
companies also provide employment and an economic base for several
reservation communities.
Roosevelt Recreational Enterprises (RRE)
was developed to provide positive visibility for the Colville
Confederated Tribes, as Lake Roosevelt borders 90 miles of the
Reservation.
Rainbow Beach Resort provides a
vacation resort in a remote area that is prosperous and provides
employment to the small community of Inchelium.
Colville Tribal Service Corporation is a
SBA-8(a) certified building and road
construction contractor committed to quality and cost-effective
workmanship.
Colville Tribal Credit provides
financial services, resources and financial expertise to Tribal
members. A few of their services include small business assistance,
housing support and guidance.
